about mia

Hi, I’m Mia Schick, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist with a passion for helping women reconnect with their bodies, balance their hormones and feel truly energized again. After years of dealing with my own hormone and digestive issues, fatigue and frustration with dieting, I learned how to rebuild health from the inside out through nourishment, balance and understanding the root cause.

With over a decafe in practice and seven years of experience working in naturopathic clinics and teaching at Pacific Rim College, I combine functional nutrition, lab testing and a realistic approach to help women heal their metabolism, support hormone and gut health and create sustainable habits for lasting results.

My mission is to help women feel confident in their bodies again with clarity, vitality, and freedom around food.
